If you are an educator concerned with ensuring compliance then step away from this book. However, if you are an educator interested in how school leaders can build relationships within their school or district that will lead to higher-level pursuits for all learners, then this book need to become a critical part of your learning library. The wonderful storytelling in this book coupled with its lack of educational jargon made it a joy to read!
